Prayer Concerns and Praise Reports for our Ministry

Michael and Glenda and all of our workers and staff use a daily devotional from Oswald Chambers called, “My Utmost for His Highest”. We encourage you to join us and find uplifting and challenging readings as we walk together in faith.

Updated March 4 2024

We are praying for:

  • 3rd Annual “Run Like a Rhino” 5K Walk-Run event June 15, 2024
  • For the Water Filter Team in September 2024
  • For Constructions Teams in 2024 to start work on a brand new school –  Escuela Arturo Quesada.
  • That Christ continues to be first in all things
  • For all world leaders, and the political struggles that are going on.
  • Continued financial support which has allowed us to continue refurbishing schools, distribute educational materials, water filtration systems, and water pumping systems.
  • Financial support for our GENERAL FUND, which pays the bills so that Michael and Glenda can continue to live and minister in Honduras.
  • And giving thanks for all who faithfully support their Sponsored Children. We are truly grateful for all who sponsor a child (or multiple children) and pray that everyone understands how important it is to stay current. Children who lose support lose trust. Children who lose support lose hope. Those children then see Christians the same as they see anybody else. “Let your yes be yes and your no be no”.
  • Pledged funds to cover $1500 per month to cover all Youth Programs
  • Expansion of our supporting base of churches and organizations
  • Financial Sponsors, grants, stock donations for the ministry
  • Drug problem in Barrio Rincon
  • For our all-volunteer Board of Directors.
  • The men, women and children in Prison who fight addiction, abuse, and self-esteem issues.
  • For the 2024 Sewing Class and the 12 ladies already signed up to start class in February.
  • PRAISE
    • Praises for the success of our Construction Team 2-23 and the 15 members who made such an impact and completion of work on Escuela San Miguel Heredia.
    • For all the churches and organizations that continue to support us despite hardships and challenges that they face.
    • For the 69 Sponsored Students who graduated in November 2023
    • For new sponsors, for renewing sponsors and the fact that we now have over 300 children sponsored!!!
    • For the Sewing Class that Glenda teaches and the seven Certificates of Completion issued at graduation on December 2, 2023.  This allows them to open their own private businesses now.
    • Water filters and the teams and donors. 418 homes were blessed with a filter, the Gospel, Bibles, and prayer. That is the equivalent of 2,090 people blessed with clean drinking water.
    • For all the work and ministry in Comayagua that Michael and Glenda are doing – Mike’s children’s educational program, house visitation and more.
    • For the blessing of the Mission House in Tegucigalpa

    • PRAISE TO OUR GREAT GOD FROM WHOM ALL BLESSINGS FLOW! PRAISE HIM ALL YOU CREATURES HERE BELOW. PRAISE HIM ABOVE THE HEAVENLY HOST. PRAISE FATHER, SON AND HOLY GHOST. AMEN!!!
