“ …how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!”  Matthew 7:11

It feels good to be back. It is our 3rd week in giving the word to our students at LaPaz Prison and it feels like we have never left. Some of our students are from the original group that we started in 2004 and left them in 2011. Many are new but they are hungry for the Lord. These men and women are taking a 14 week Bible study called “Mirrors”. They are working through the problems of their past and working towards an attitude of Christ. Our desire is for these two Bible studies to grow and make an impact on the prison. The top photo is a group of men who are taking their walk of faith very real and serious. They want to change in how they think, how they react to problems, how to understand in why they act the way they do and how to change their thought process so it will reflect the attitude of Jesus. Also they are working on dealing with rejection, past failures, and how they see themselves as fathers and mothers. Also we are working on abuse they have received or given. The women are talking, sharing about past failures and successes and they are opening up. The men are having a harder time in opening up to their feelings, but we know that God is planting some big seeds and He only knows what is going to come about in the next weeks ahead. While we were there we heard from the police that they were fund raising for soccer uniforms’. We received two years ago uniforms from Amber and Robin Fitzmartin. So we donated the uniforms to bless two police teams and also two teams for those who are incarcerated! Both groups are very happy and the Director has even changed his mind in what Missionaries do. Maybe through an act of kindness

He will come to the Salvation!

Keep him in prayer.
